vsevalid Planfix partner

Vsevolod, Planfix integration partner. I set up the system around your processes with Planfix's built-in tools. When they fall short, I write the integration myself.

Discuss your task

$0free review
of your processes

Every project starts here. Most tasks are covered by Planfix out of the box, if it's set up properly.

  • Processes and statuses that match your work stages
  • Scenarios: reminders, status changes, assigning owners
  • Request forms and task templates
  • Document templates: invoices, completion certificates, contracts
  • Staff permissions and roles
  • Reports and dashboards for the manager

When the connector you need doesn't exist, I connect the service through the Planfix API. Not every project needs this.

  • A payment changes the order status by itself
  • Requests from your website and custom forms
  • AI reads requests and sets their urgency
  • Exports to spreadsheets and accounting systems
  • Data migration from an old CRM
  • Telegram bots for clients and staff

What I set up in Planfix

This is how it looks inside Planfix once the setup is done. The interface is the real one; the data is demo data.

Requests from email and the website

An email or a form becomes a task right away: with a project, an assignee and a deadline.

Messengers

Client messages land in the task, and the employee's reply goes back to the client.

Payments and documents

A payment changes the order status, and the receipt and invoice are attached to the task.

AI request triage

AI reads the request, sets the topic and urgency and assigns an owner.

Deadline control

Tasks without progress don't get lost: the assignee gets a reminder, the manager gets a report.

Move from another CRM

Clients, deals and history move into Planfix with a script; the old system keeps working until the move is done.

Setup first, then code

I'm Vsevolod, a Planfix partner. Every project starts with the system's built-in features: processes, scenarios, templates. I've been writing Python for six years, so when those aren't enough, I build the integration myself. Projects at vsevalid.dev.

Planfix: I show the right scenarios on a demo account during the review

From first message to launch

I fix the price and scope in an estimate before we start. If something beyond it comes up along the way, it becomes a separate estimate, and the decision is yours.

  1. Audit

You describe how the work runs now. I show where requests get lost and what Planfix covers without changes.

    free
  2. Architecture

A process diagram: what Planfix covers out of the box and what needs custom work. An estimate with a fixed price.

  3. Setup

Processes, statuses and scenarios in Planfix, connections to your services if you need them. Tested on real requests.

  4. Launch

I show the team how to work and stay in touch until it becomes a habit.

  5. And after

Scenarios run every day on their own. When your processes change, I retune the system.

Let's start with a free review. It doesn't oblige you to anything.

Describe your process

Process review $0

Tell me how requests are handled today. I'll review your processes and send a diagram: what Planfix covers out of the box, whether custom work is needed and what it would cost. The diagram stays with you even if we don't work together.

Before automation: a card catalogue
How much does the setup cost?
It depends on the processes and integrations you need. After the review I send an estimate with a fixed price, and it doesn't change afterwards.
Who pays for Planfix?
You do, directly to Planfix, at their rates. Planfix pays me a partner fee, which doesn't change your price.
What do I need to prepare for the review?
Nothing special. Tell me how requests come in now and who handles them. If you already use Planfix, send screenshots or give me guest access.
What if Planfix isn't a good fit for us?
I'll say so during the review. I won't talk you into it, and the free review doesn't oblige you to anything.
We already have Planfix, but nobody uses it
We'll find where the team works around the system and simplify the setup to fit how people actually work.
Can you connect our service?
If the service has an API or webhooks, yes. If not, we look for a workaround through email, exports or a bot.
How do you move us from amoCRM or Bitrix24?
I move clients, deals and history through the API with a script. The old system can stay on until the team is comfortable.
What happens after launch?
I stay in touch: I tweak the setup and add scenarios when processes change. We agree on the support format in advance.
