Who processes the data

The data controller is Vsevolod, the author of planfix.vsevalid.dev. For any question about your data, write to hi@vsevalid.dev.

What I receive

From the «Process review» form: the contact you give (email or Telegram username), the options you pick and the text you write yourself.

Technical data: your browser sends an IP address, device and browser type. The site loads Google Tag Manager and Yandex Metrica: they record which pages you open and which links and buttons you click, and they use cookies.

Why

To answer your request, prepare the process review and the estimate, and discuss the task with you. Technical data keeps the site running and shows which sections are useful.

Your data is never used for newsletters and never sold.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you send the form. If you prefer not to, write directly in Telegram or by email.

Who else sees it

Form data goes only to the services the site and the form need: Cloudflare (hosting and receiving the form) and Resend (delivering the request to my inbox). Their servers may be located in other countries.

Technical data about the visit goes to analytics services: Google LLC through Google Tag Manager and Yandex LLC through Yandex Metrica. I do not pass them your form answers or your contact.

How long it is kept

While we discuss and work on your task, and no longer than three years after the last message. If you withdraw consent, the data is deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask what data I hold, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent: write to hi@vsevalid.dev, you will get an answer within 10 working days.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working.

Changes

If the policy changes, a new dated revision will appear on this page.
